To change the Guild Master title to another player, just bring up the in game Guild Information screen and navigate to the "Admin" tab if you are the current Guild Master. On the bottom of that panel you will see the option to transfer the title to another guild member who is online at the same time. Once you make the change, both accounts must log out and back in for the change to take effect and be reflected.
