Dear SO Community, We are experiencing a lot of HackShield errors so we asked the technicians to create a fix for it. More information about the error and the fix can be found below: This error is caused by one of the hacking tool [ex) QuickMacro which is related to winio.sys. Rather than try to fix it by uninstall the hacking tool (the program that makes HS to realize it is hacking tool), they should delete the driver that will resolved the problem. You can delete winio.sys as following. 1. Go to: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers2. Locate and delete winio.sys 3. Reboot your computer 4. After rebooting your PC, launch Shot Online If you are still having problems with this error, please let us know and we will ask our technicians for another solution.
