Welcome to the New Shot-Online Team

Dear Shot Online Community,

 

As many of you may have noticed, we have a whole new Shot Online team in place! ShotOnlineGM_Cam is the new Producer and in charge of the newly restructured Shot Online team. Since you already know him, allow us to introduce ourselves a bit:

 

 

ShotOnlineGM_Green - Hello all! Glad to have joined the Shot-Online team! First off I would like to mention is that I am here solely to support our community and players. Along side with Lefty, will help be more responsive to our players and try to get the all the issues resolved. We know that there are many issues that you guys are having and will handle them efficiently and effectively. In the past, certain situations might have led to disappointment or players might not have been satisfied, however we will try to treat all our players with the respect and decency that they deserve. Our DQA response times have improved tremendously, and all we ask on your part is to be as specific as possible so that we may relay all information and screenshots to our developers quickly. Leave the rest to us as we truly want to help resolve all your issues. Many people wonder how I chose my name? Well, when I first started playing my ball would land everywhere BUT the green, so it stuck as an oxymoron. Remember, I am here for your support and to build our community and hope to see you all out in the field!

 

ShotOnlineGM_Lefty - Hey hey! While I am new to the Shot Online team, I am not new to GamesCampus. I was previously a GM for MLB Dugout Heroes ever since it's arrival in Spring 2009, but have moved on to bigger and better opportunities. While GM_Green and myself lack the experience of our predecessors, we will make it up with effort and persistence. If we don't know the answers ourselves, we will exhaust our resources until we get an answer. An odd note is although I chose the name GM_Lefty and am ambidextrous (primarily left-handed), my golf swing is one of the few things done right-handed.

 

 

The three of us will continue to work hard to repair the bad image many players have of us, while working to prevent relapse. Thank you!
