SO Community, This issue has been fixed. You can retrieve your item or NG from the auction house (my bidding list and my selling list) or it will be in your inventory. We are aware of the bug with the auction house. Our technicians will be looking into it and will figure out what is wrong. For now, please try this to see if you can get your items or NG back. The bug started on the Red channel's auction house where when you try to sell an item, it will disappear, when you try to bid on an auction, the NG will be taken but no bid, and when you win an auction, you cannot take the NG out of your selling list. If you are having this issue, please try going onto the Green channel and go to the auction house. If you are unable to retrieve your item or NG from the Green auction house, you will need to email us with some information. Please send a email to: webmaster@shot-online.com with these information. Subject: Auction house bug User id: Character name: Channel: Date & time of transaction in auction: List of items: NG: We will forward all the information to our technicians and they will look into it. Please do not send false claims because that will result in a ban. All your items and NG are not lost for good. We will fix the bug and restore all the lost items and NG.
