Shot-Online 2006 HS error

Dear SO Member,

For those who have experience HS error after the Shot-Online 2006 update, to verify a HS error solution, we have provided a reporting program that will save a log file which will determine the Shot-Online related activity and its error in your system. Please Download the reporting program at This location and send the file to [email protected]. We will review the file thoroughly once again. Be sure to title the email : "Shot-Online Reporting Error File" and in the content, please write the error message (ex. HS error xxxxxxx) and your user ID.
If the HS log file is not create through Reporting program, we will not be able to process it.
