[Notice] Item Consume Event Issue

Dear SOmmunity

We regret to inform you that some items are not being counted in the item consume event.
Please refer below for more details.

1. Ambrosia
There is an issue where certain seasonal Ambrosias are not being counted.
After the event has ended, we will provide the event rewards to users who have achieved the event by including the count of those items. Rewards will be sent out on May 24th.

2. Mageia & Theurgia
The items 'Balloon N8 50' and 'Clown Doll P80 50' are not being counted.
If you consumed them, please send us a DQ&A so that we can check and manually add in points.

3. One Point Lesson Ticket
We have also confirmed that some of the One Point Lesson Tickets (200 and 400) are not being counted.
If you think your ticket has not been counted, please send us a DQ&A so that we can check and manually add in points.

As a token of our apologies, the Speed Item Craft event will be extended until May 28th, 23:59.
Any unused speed coins and speed coin pouches will be retrieved during June maintenance.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
