Vallar - Hollid merge details

Hello Shot Online Community!

As many of you are already aware, the Hollid server will be merged with the Vallar server.

The merge will take place on September 19th.

As the merge is a complex and difficult process, there are some things that we want you to be aware of. Let's start with the good news:

Characters

All your Hollid characters will be migrated, no matter how many you already have on Vallar! You will have one month to move items around and decide which characters to keep. There will be a change of interface to allow you to see three extra characters (an arrow allowing you to switch between background and foreground characters). IMPORTANT: Please be aware that after 30 days the background characters will be deleted. We recommend that you delete 3 characters yourself before the 30 days are up. This way, you will be able to select which characters to keep.
All items (except those in the Auction House) will be migrated, including NG, Medals, Keys and Speed Matching Points.
 
Guilds

If you are a member of a guild on both Vallar and Hollid, a guild-selection interface will appear on your first login, before character selection. You will have to select which guild to keep. The UI popup will appear only once. Additionally, Guild Rooms will not be transferred, but Guild Room levels will be remembered. Characters which were in a guild holding a house on Hollid will get Guild Room benefits for 2 months on Vallar.
All Hollid guilds will be migrated: ( including: Name, storage, Amity level & coupon count.)

Auction House

Auction-house listings and records will not be transferred: Please make sure to recover all items from the Auction House before the migration!
 
What will be migrated:

- Name of the character, with "_hol" added at the end of the nickname
- Title, level and EXP
- Quests and Scenario Quests completed
- Andre Lieu's Secret Notes
- Stats and Honor Pro stats
- Caddy level and contracts
- Personal records – ONLY the first page
- Guilds: Name, level, Amity, coupon counts and guild-tournament points
On the day of the migration we will distribute a character-name-change ticket as well as a guild-name-change ticket to affected guilds, in order to remove the "_hol" tag if it is not wanted.
 
 
What will NOT be migrated:

- WRT nickname
- Achievements
- Character-delete counter and status
- Tournament records
- Caddy notes (if you want to keep them, please save them beforehand in a file on your computer)
- Guild Room
- Personal records (except 1st page)
- Auction listings and records
- Challenge tasks
- Event/mission history – active events at the time of migration will be reset for your Hollid character!

We will keep you informed on progress and any changes.
