~ The United Cup 2012 US/EU ~

Hello Golfers,


Shot Online presents you, The United Cup 2012! 
This special tournament is to celebrate the Ryder Cup that will be going on from September 25th~30th, 2012 in Medinah Country Club, Medinah Illinois, U.S.A.

Once you decide to participate in this tournament, you will need to choose your to represent either, U.S.A. or Europe.
Once you've decided, go register by talking to NPC Baxter.

We will choose the TOP 5 players from both parties and set-up a tournament bracket that will eventually decide the winning party.

After being chosen as one of the TOP 5 players for either U.S.A. or Europe, you will get a chance to play against one of the players from the opposite party.

Depending on the total win/loss ratio at the end, the winning party will be decided.

The United Cup 2012 Preliminary
Represent your Nation!

Time - FROM 3:00 PM, 9/28/12(server time) TO 11:00 AM, 10/01/12(server time)

Tournament Course - Hela

Requirement - Only Level 61 or higher will be able to participate

To represent U.S.A, talk to - NPC Baxter and choose "United Cup Preliminary US Team"
To represent Europe, talk to - NPC Baxter and choose "United Cup Preliminary EU Team"

Total number of attempts allowed - 10 times
Players must submit 2 scorecards.

Tiebreaker: Lower handicap/First Card Submitted (if the handicap is the same then the tie goes to the first submission)

Players that are on both US and EU Team will be disqualified from the preliminary / tournament.

The United Cup 2012 Official Matches

Once the TOP 5 players have been chosen for both parties, we will make another announcement with the match-ups on Monday, 10/01/12. (Around 3:00 PM)

All matches need to be played between 10/01/12 ~ 10/04/12 (before the maintenance).

Each offical match will be played on different courses. The course will be randomly picked and they will be announced on the announcement on Monday.

If the players can not come to an agreement, we will use the scores from the prelimiary to decide the winner.
(Whoever had the better score for the preliminary will be chosen as the winner)

There will be a forum post under the "Tournament -> (Hollid or Vallar Server) -> Official Tournaments".
Both players must come to an agreement on the match time.

More detailed instruction will be available on the forum-post. (The forum post will be ready before 11:00 AM, Monday 10/01/12 and the link to the forum post will be provided here)

The United Cup Tournament Prizes

Losing Team - Swing Trainer 3K [10% EXP] + Avatar Extension Ticket (7 Days)

Winning Team - Swing Trainer 3K [15%] + Avatar Extension Ticket (14 Days) + Fitting Ticket Skill Perfection(1)

Also, there is a chance for you to win a free Avatar Extension Ticket (3 Days) from participating in the preliminary.
(We will randomly pick 10 players from each server)

All prizes will be trade-able.
