Compensation & Happy Weekend!

Only players who were affected by this EXP bug this morning are concerned, so in case you do not know what the issue was, or didn't play this morning, you will not be affected in any way, and playing Shot Online at the moment is working fine as usual.

 

There are some rare cases of players who experienced this issue this morning, and who logged in today to discover their character having 0% EXP. We already gathered a few of those affected players and the developers ensured us they would be investigating these accounts first thing in the morning in Korea. Should you be affected by this, please refrain  from playing normally today, the missing EXP will most likely be provided to you tomorrow. We will provide an update to this situation then.

Update: Unfortunately, the developers were not able to automatically provide missing EXP to characters yet. However, we have a solution in the pipeline which we will discuss internally on Monday. For now, it is safe for everyone to play Shot Online as usual, so please enjoy the game this weekend, we will follow-up on Monday!
