Spanish Migration FAQ

Hello to all players from the Spain Server!
 
We hope you enjoy your time on our server so far and found a few new (and old) friends and co-players.
 
Due to a higher accumulation of customer support inquiries, we would like to take this opportunity to address a couple of questions which we have frequently received. Please find some questions and answers below.

I missed to migrate my account! Can I still do it?
Unfortunately, if you have missed to migrate your account in the past two months, you can no longer do it as the migration is now final. We can not transfer any further accounts.
 
 
Why were not all my items migrated?
As we have explained in the Spanish FAQ on the Spanish website prior to the migration, we could not migrate all the items to this server. There were many items which were simply too old to be migrated, so if you're missing items which were first introduced to the Spanish server years ago, then those were not migrated. This includes items like Werdandi, Tempest, Hurricane, CTL or Tornado Clubs (and others, that are similarily old) and consumable items like older Zodiacs, Gems and Theurgias below P30.
 
If you are unsure about a specific item that disappeared, feel free to contact us via DQA and we will cross-check your missing items with our list of items which could not be migrated to this server. Note that even though some items like Werdandi Clubs do exist on this server just like it existed on the Spanish server, we could not migrate those items because the item code is still different and not compatible with our International Server.
 
 
Why did my consumable items suddenly lose all their durability?
There are two different reasons.
 
1) Some items from our Spanish Server players were migrated to the US server even though those items were already fully consumed (used up all their durability) on the Spanish Server. Those items were accidentally still migrated to this server, with full durability. However, upon taking any action with these items, they lost all their durability, making you believe that you have lost your item. However, those items were not supposed to be migrated in the first place (as they were already consumed) so last Friday during our exeptional maintenance we have removed those items. We apologize for the confusion this has caused.
 
2) Each item in Shot Online has a unique serial number. For example, no two Ball Markers are the same, as even though they seem like they same item to you, internally each item has a different serial number attached to it. During the migration of the Spanish Server, a total of 251 accounts were holding items which accidentally received a serial number which already existed on our server. This lead to the problem that the durability suddenly changed upon taking any action with these items (such as taking them out of the locker, or playing a hole). Last Friday during our exepctional maintenance we have removed those items and sent brand new ones (with proper serial numbers) to affected players.

I can't login anymore since Friday!
We are aware of a problem where some players are not able to login anymore since our emergency maintenance last Friday, receiving a "login expired" error message. We have informed our developers about this and are awaiting a fix soon.
 
 
I can't participate to SOWC/WRT due to a nickname error!
We are aware of a problem where a new nickname for SOWC/WRT can't be chosen, as everything appears to be already taken. Our developers are investigating this problem at the moment.
 
 
Why don't my combined clothes have any re-sell value?
After the migration was complete, we noticed that a couple of fashion collections (such as Prime) lost their re-sell value. This is not intentional and we are working on bringing those re-sell values back.
