Server merge - known issues

 

Hello Shot Online Community!

THere were some known issues with the Vallar-Hollid Migration. Here is some update:

1) No items in locker: we invertigated every case - the items are there, however there seem to be cache corruption isse on client side - the items are in your locker, just your client cant see them - it seems only sollution is a  clean reinstalation of the game

2) wrong guild assigned - this need to be fixed on individual base by devs- please send DQA,we will deal with it as soon as possible!

3) Missing gems and fittings - sadly due to techical limitation those could not be migrated and cannot be returned.

4) SOWC and ML - rewards will be send manually next week
