[Edited] [Notice] Account Deletion for Korean Users – Schedule Change & Final Advance Notice

Dear Shot Online Players,
 
⚠️ Updated Schedule – 22nd August 2025
To provide sufficient time for prior notice and appeals, the deletion schedule for Korean user accounts has been changed. Please review the information below carefully to avoid permanent loss of your account.
 
As previously announced, in line with global server policies, services for users of South Korean nationality who registered from Korea will be terminated.
 
⚠️New Deletion Date:September 24, 2025 (Wednesday)
Accordingly, the deletion of applicable accounts will take place during the regular maintenance on September 24, 2025 (Wednesday), instead of the previously scheduled August 27, 2025 (Wednesday).
 
⚠️Important Notes:

• 🔄 Individual email notifications were sent around March 2025. However, due to spam filtering or incorrect email addresses, some users may not have received the message.

• 🔄 Even if you did not receive the prior email notice, accounts registered from Korea under South Korean nationality will still be deleted as scheduled. We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation may cause and ask for your understanding.

• 🔄Once deletion is completed, accounts cannot be restored under any circumstances.

• 🔄Final in-game notifications have been delivered to affected users as of August 22, 2025.
  ️⚠️ Failure to check email or in-game messages will not exempt accounts from deletion.

• 🔄Users not of South Korean nationality but registered from Korea may also be subject to deletion. If this applies to you, you must appeal before the deletion date.

 
🔄Appeal Procedure:
Submit a ticket through Customer Support including:

• A photo of your ID card with date of birth and nationality visible

• Redact all other details (expiration date, ID number, etc.)

한국인 유저 삭제 작업과 관련하여 사전 안내 및 소명 기간을 충분히 확보하기 위해 진행 일정이 변경되었습니다.
회원 여러분께서는 아래의 내용을 꼭 숙지하시어, 삭제 작업으로 인한 피해가 없도록 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
 
앞서 안내드린 바와 같이, 글로벌 서버 정책에 따라 한국에서 가입한 대한민국 국적 유저에 대한 서비스 종료가 진행됩니다.
 이에 따라2025년 8월27일(수)9월24일(수) 정기 점검 시 해당 유저의 계정 삭제 작업이 진행될 예정입니다. 
 
※ 해당 대상자분들께는2025년3월경 개별 이메일로 안내드렸으나, 스팸 처리 또는 이메일 주소 오류 등의 사유로 메일을 수신하지 못하셨을 수 있습니다.
메일을 받지 못하셨더라도 한국에서 가입하신 대한민국 국적 유저라면 삭제 대상에 포함되오니 이 점 너그럽게 양해 부탁드립니다.

 🔄삭제 작업 이후에는 계정 복구가 불가능합니다.
삭제 대상 유저에게는 게임 내 쪽지를 통해 대상자임을 최종적으로 안내하였습니다. (2025.08.22)
이메일 또는 쪽지를 확인하지 못해 발생한 계정 삭제에 대해서는 복구가 불가합니다.
 
 🔄대한민국 국적이 아니나,한국에서 가입한 경우에도 삭제 대상에 포함될 수 있으므로, 해당 유저분들께서는 반드시 삭제 작업 이전에 티켓을 통해 소명 절차를 진행해주시기 바랍니다.
 
소명 절차: 문의를 통해 생년월일과 국적, 만료 기한을 제외한 모든 부분을 모자이크 처리한ID카드 이미지 제출
