[Info] SOWC and EXP Special Happy Course on December 5th,2023

Dear SOmmunity,

 

We sincerely apologize for the errors currently occurring with the EXP Special Happy Course and the SOWC.

 

The EXP Special Happy Course had incorrectly changed to Hidden Forest on December 5th and we are continuing to seek a solution to prevent another sudden course change. We will announce when the bug has been fixed.

 

Regarding the SOWC , there was an issue finding the opponent. This issue has been fixed and you can get started again.

 

For the time being, the error that the participation fee is deducted even if no opponent was found has been fixed.

You will still receive the message in the chat that the fee has been deducted, but you will immediately receive it back to your character.We will edit this chat message with maintenance on 12/12 to avoid any further confusion.

 

Players who had unsuccessfully sought an opponent before the patch will receive their NG back by December 7th, 2023.

 

As soon as we have been able to fix the errors, we will announce compensation.
