We will send out an email to each qualified participant by 14:00 CST, Dec. 4. In order to make this event a success and fair, those who received the email should send us the confirmation reply with a phone number. If the attence confirmation email is not received by Dec. 5 19:00 CST, the next rankers will be contacted and get a chance to be in the semi-final.
