Dear, SO Members Shot-Online presents Direct Q&A Board in the support area. It is more convenient way to communicate with GM rather than through email. As you log into the SO website, you can leave your message or question regarding Shot-Online directly to GM through Direct Q&A Board. Only you can see your own message on Direct Q&A Board. And also you can check status of your message which is categorized by [Registered], [Process] [Complete] so that you can check the status of your question. For example, as you write a question and insert the question message, status of your question will be [Registered]. Once she checks your question, status of your question will change to [Process]. And after GM complete your request, your question will change to [Complete]. Direct Q&A is a better way to communicate with GM and Onnet regarding Shot-Online. And we encourage all SO Members to use Direct Q&A rather than email because it is faster and more convenient way to contact with Shot-Online. Hope all Shot-Online Members have a good day.
