Dear, SO Member To verify HS error solution, we have provided a reporting program that will save log file which will determine the Shot-Online related activity and its error in your system. Please Download reporting program at http://www.shot-online.com/downloads/file/AhnReport.zip and send the file to [email protected]. We will review the file thoroughly once again. Be sure title the email as Shot-Online Reporting Error File and in the content, please write the error message (ex. HS error 3000030) and your user ID . We have been trying to find solutions with log file that some of SO Members have sent us before but we could not determine the problem. The reason that this is taking so long is that we were working on each one of your cases individually and was creating this reporting program to acquire the accurate error information which directs for the faster solution.
