As you log into the SO website, you can leave your message or question regarding Shot-Online directly to GM through Direct Q&A Board. Only you can see your own message on Direct Q&A Board. And also you can check status of your message which is categorized by [Registered], [Process] [Complete] so that you can check the status of your question. For example, as you write a question and insert the question message, status of your question will be [Registered]. Once she checks your question, status of your question will change to [Process]. And after GM complete your request, your question will change to [Complete]. Direct Q&A is a better way to communicate with GM and Onnet regarding Shot-Online. And we encourage all SO Members to use Direct Q&A rather than email because it is faster and more convenient way to contact with Shot-Online. Hope all Shot-Online Members have a good day.
