Dear SO Community, We have some great news for the community. It has been decided that we will restore the items which were trashed from the recent incident. However, to do this you must make your claim on the direct Q&A of exactly what items you lost. We will not restore traded items from this period of time, we will only be restoring items that were put into the inventory trash can. To make your claim: 1. Your items have been trashed during 03/04 ~03/05 CST 2. NG will not be compensated 3. Post a message on the direct Q&A board titled "Item Loss Claim". List in the body of your post exactly what items you lost and on what day. 4. Item Loss Claims are accepted for only 24 hours (03.07.06 11:00 PM CST ~ 03.08.06 10:59 CST) False claims will be punished by permanent account suspension Thank you -Shot Online
