Regarding Password Changes

Dear SO Community,

Due to the recent incidents over the weekend regarding the password issue, Shot-Online would like to make an announcement.

1) Your password can be insecure if you use the same password you use for Shot Online at other 3rd party websites.
2) Shot-Online is completely secured and protected,however, to ensure your security, we would like to upgrade our password policy.
3) We would like to ask to all Shot-Online Members to change their password with following settings:

- The password must contain at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number and 1 non-alphanumeric character with at least 8 characters total. (must contain at least 1 special character such as !@#$%^&*()).
For example, !!Sh0T$&On@li1Ne! is completely safe in the Shot-Online system.

- Do no use the same username and password combination that you use for Shot Online, on other websites. As with all applications across the internet that you may use, it is always a good idea to have separate login information.

- How to change my password?

1) log in to the official Shot-Online website
2) click on your log in name which is located on the right upper corner of the page
3) Provide necessary information about your account (security question and answer and your registered email address )
4) Follow the instructions to complete the password changing procedure.

We also would like to point out that all the payment pages are secured with SSL encryption and the Shot-Online client is protected by HackShiled powered by AhnLab.
