Dear SO Community, To show that we really do care about the community and we do want to assist, Two GMs from Shot-Online will be running a weekly direct Q&A in the square. Players may ask questions about any aspect of the game they like. However, during this period, due to limitations whilst in the game it's self, we will not be accepting claims for lost items, password updates or anything which requires we individually investigate accounts. This is more of a general question time. How it will be handled Any user may ask a question in general chat. Private messages will be ignored at this time in order to give all information to everybody. The GMs will do their best to handle the number of questions, however, may be unable to keep up with the volume. "Spamming" the chat will also go ignored. Type up your question and we will go over the chat log and answer as soon as we can. The question period will last 1 hour. Times and days The GM direct Q&A will take place on Saturdays at 8pm CST. The GMs will be located in the grass circle to the east of the map nearby the east entrance to the round list. However the time and days are subject to change. We will make and In-Game Announcement prior to the assistance period. We, at Shot-Online, are hoping to improve communications between both the players and developers using this system and we hope it contributes to your game satisfaction. So this being said, we will see you on saturday and look forward to assisting you. -Thank you -Shot Online
