Program closes. Please help us by sending in your HackShield log file. The file can be found by doing these steps. 1. My computer 2. Hard drive that you installed Shot Online to 3. Program files 4. ShotOnline International 5. HACKSHIELD folder 6. The file is called: hshield The file should be just a text document. Please attach that file to a email and send it to [email protected] Also include your user id and character name. We will gather up all the log files and ask our technicians to look into it and fix it as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks, Shot-Online
