[READ]Unauthorized access to accounts

Dear SO Community,

This weekend several accounts were hacked and all of the user's NG and items were traded with other users that were involved in this. We want everyone who were hacked to e-mail us at [email protected] with their registered e-mail about which items were lost if you can remember. Please also provide your user id and character name. Once we get your e-mail, we will send you a temp password. We've banned all accounts that were either victims or behind the hacking. During the next few weeks, we will be investigating each account to see who was a victim and who was the one behind it.

[Note]If you gave your password away to someone else, there is nothing we can do to restore the lost items.

Once the investigation is over, the victim's accounts will be unbanned and the ones who were involved in this will be banned and deleted.

I apologize to everyone who was hacked and lost all their items. We will find out who did this and take actions against them.
