Dear SO Community, If you are using the Synet package and have IE7 installed on your computer, you may be experiencing some installation problems. If you are having issues, please note that you can also fix this problem, if you have an issue (Using Shot-Online on IE7), please download patch file. Unzip the file and replace the files in the Shot-Online folder (Usually it is under "C:\Program Files\ShotOnline International") Click Here to Download the patch file Please note that this patch is for Synet package users and players who are having trouble playing Shot-Online with IE7. If you do not have problems, you do not need to use this patch file. For players who are having errors installing on Windows Vista, please follow these instructions for installing this patch. 1) Uninstall ShotOnline by going to Start -> All Programs -> ShotOnline International -> ShotOnline Uninstall 2) Download ShotOnline install client at: ShotOnline Client 3) Install ShotOnline and let it update 4) Download the patch at: ShotOnline Vista Patch 5) Once it is finished downloading, open the .zip file and extract the 2 files and 1 folder into your ShotOnline International folder. (Usually C:\Program Files\ShotOnline International) 6) Copy and replace the files: Engine.dll, Shot.exe, and the whole HackShield folder 7) Start ShotOnline by using ShotOnline.exe If you have any problems getting it to work, please contact us by DQ&A or email us at [email protected] Thank you.
