This issue has been resolved. SO Community, Paypal has contacted us and there is a short delay in receiving campus cash after completing the transaction. The issue is caused on their end. The delay is currently 10-15 minutes. Paypal is working on it right now and it will be resolved soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thanks, Shot-Online
