Dear SO Community, We have spoken with our technicians and they said the distribution of lost items is half way done. The other half will most likely be done by the end of next week or early week of next week. The items will be distributed to your virtual locker. Stolen items from the unauthorized accessing of accounts is still under reviewing. After they are done with the database crash, they will work on the stolens after that. The review is taking so long because the items were moved from one account to another then another so it is harder to locate it. If you have any questions, please contact us through DQ&A or email to [email protected]. We apologize to everyone who has lost items from either of these and we are doing our best to resolve it as soon as possible. I hope these two issues will be resolved soon.
