Dear SO Community, Recently we've received a lot of random disconnection issues. This could be caused by an error in the script. If you are having this issue, please zip up your Log folder and email it to us at [email protected]. Once we receive enough, we will compile it and send it to our technicians so they may review it and make changes. If you do not know how to zip the log folder, please follow these instructions. 1) Go to the hard drive where Shot Online was installed. 2) Open Shot Online International folder. 3) Right click on "Log" folder. 4) Click on "Add to Log.rar or Log.zip" 5) Email us at [email protected] with the zip file of the Log. We hope to fix this issue as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions, please email us or write to us through DQ&A.
