Quick update on this issue: Our technicians are still working on this and they want to try to reverse all the transactions that was made today without doing a roll back. A roll back will be the last option. If you have gained extra NG from getting out bidded, please just keep it in your inventory or locker so our technicians can remove it. Please do not trade or buy items from other users with that NG. Thanks, Shot-Online ----------------------------------------------- The bug has been fixed and we will be working on the extra NG that was distributed when a user is out bidded on an auction. All the extra NG that was given out for being out bidded will be restored in 5-6 hours. Hopefully it will be done by 7:00PM server time. Our technicians are aware of this and are looking into it now. We would like to ask players not to use the auction house at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
