SO Community, Server maintenance is completed. Our technicians has fixed the HackShield issues where it reboots your computer and/or gives you a bluescreen. If you are still getting random reboots and bluescreens, please let us know. Lost items/NG has been restored. Our technicians are still looking into the bug where you cannot retrieve your winning item or selling NG. We hope to resolve this issue soon. We have gathered all the information that is needed. If you are still missing items or NG, please provide us with your user id, character name, items or NG missing and send it through the DQ&A's. Tour Pro retest - due to the many disconnections and bluescreens, we have extended the retest schedule to end on 01.25.2008 at 11:59PM. All users has received 4 more tries to compensate for the disconnection and bluescreen issues.
