SO Community, There was a bug with the Platinum Boxes after it was released. Sometimes when you are opening boxes, you will randomly open an blank box. This problem has been resolved and those who has opened an empty box will automatically be distributed a Platinum Box for each empty box they have opened. The full distribution of the boxes will be done by the end of the week. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks, Shot-Online
