Urgent - Auction house

SO Community,

We would like to apologize for the issues we've been having with the auction house. Our technicians now know what is causing it and know how to fix it. It will take around 10 days to fix this issue and the auction has to be closed during the fixing period.

Main issues:
1. Auctions stuck with 1 minute left and never ending so winners cannot receive the item.
2. Item or NG distribution error after the auction is completed.

Note: ALL auctions should be removed before the closing of the auction house completely unless it is stuck with 1 minute.

The fix:
Auction house will be closed during the fixing period and in order to close the auction completely, we have created these steps.

1. First 24 hours
- Users cannot register items into the auction house
- Users can enter auction house buy items that are already registered on the auction house but not advised to do
- Users can take out the NGs or items which user already won the auction

2. Second 24 hours
- Users cannot buy items on the auction house
- Users can take out their items or NGs which users won on auction

3. After second 24 hours
- Auction is completed closed and no one can enter the auction house
- The fixing process begins

During the 48 hours, our technicians will be temporary fixing the auctions with 1 minute left. If you have won an auction but didn't received the item, we will need these information:
