Hello Shot-Online Community, With the opening of our new server many more DQ&As have been submitted. We have developed a format on how a D Q&A should be submitted as we won't know which server you are from. This will help our team work more efficiently to provide faster and detailed feedback. Please follow this format when sending in a DQ&A: 1. Specify Server (Vallar or Hollid) 2. Provide User ID and Character Name 3. The Date of the occurrence/issue 4. Detailed description of the issue/occurrence 5. Screenshot of occurrence/issue (if needed for evidence) We are now going to look for this format and will refer those that haven't used this format to this announcement.
