Date Mar 07, 2008 Views 9,952
SO Community,

A few users has reported that they have been receiving blue screens and computer reboots while playing Shot Online. Our technicians has reported this to AhnLab and they have reported back to us that this is caused by a system crash.

Please follow this guide to help us resolve your issue.

Note: This is only for users who are experiencing blue screens and computer reboots while playing Shot Online.

1. Click on Start -> Highlight My Computer -> Right click and select Properties

2. Select the Advanced tab on top and click on Settings on Startup and Recovery

3. Using the drop down menu, change the setting to: Complete memory dump and click OK

4. Play Shot Online

If you get a blue screen after these settings, the log will be stored in your hard drive. You will have to find this file and email it to us and we will forward it to our technicians.

The file name is called: MEMORY.DMP

Once you have obtained this file, send a email to [email protected] with these information.

Once we receive it, we will forward it to our technicians. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
