We have developed a format on how a D Q&A should be submitted. This will help our team work more efficiently to provide faster and detailed feedback.


Please follow this format when sending in a DQ&A:

1. Specify Server (Vallar or Hollid)
2. Provide User ID and Character Name
3. The Date of the occurrence/issue
4. Detailed description of the issue/occurrence
5. Screenshot of occurrence/issue (if needed for evidence)

*Note if this format is not used, you may not receive a response.

We are now going to look for this format and will refer those that haven't used this format to this announcement.
