Happy New Year, Shot Online Community!
2020 has been a long and tough year, but we finally managed to reach the end!
To reflect back in 2020, our focus was to not only stabilize the server compared to 2019, but also to make the game play environment more enjoyable. We are aware that we could not fully reach our goal, which was to promise with you to keep up with the plan introduced last year. However, we were able to strengthen the foundation of Shot Online to support and introduce better contents that are planned in years ahead.
We understand that many of you will be curious on what will come on 2021, so we would like to share details of the update plan for 2021.
1. New Scenario Quests
Additional new Scenario Quests are finally being prepared to be released. For those who have already reached the end of the current Scenario Quests we have to provide, more will be there for you to enjoy so please keep an eye out.
2. Golden Shot Mission Event
The Golden Shot Mission Event will let you earn daily extra rewards by participating. Take place in mini games and earn rewards based on your performance.
3. Season-Pass System
The Season-Pass System will let you earn rewards by completing series of missions.
4. Mass Player Mode
The Mass Player Mode was first introduced in the Developer’s Letter of 2019: it is a completely new game mode that will let 10 players and above to play at the same time!
5. SOWC Re-opening
One of the most frequent questions asked was the re-opening date for SOWC. We would like to apologize first for the delay and the absence of additional announcements regarding this issue.
SOWC is finally in plan to be open within 2021. More details on the exact date will be announced in the future.
Other than the mentioned contents, below contents are also considered:
1. Hole-in-one Challenge Mode
2. Drop item system renewal
3. New Course
4. New Miniature Mode Courses
5. Caddie Level Expansion
6. New Clubs with new physics
However, there are chances where plans may be changed due to unexpected circumstances, or due to the developers’ stances. More details will be announced to you through future patch notes.
