Banner sizes: Outside the guild room 512 x 256 pixels Must be in JPEG or BMP format Inside the guild room 256 x 512 pixels Must be in JPEG or BMP format Request format: - Send us an email to [email protected] or D Q&A - Subject: Guild room banner for - Please tell us the guild master character name, guild name, guild room, and guild level - Attach the image in the email - Label image as Outside, Inside 1, Inside 2, or Inside 3. NOTE: We have the right to reject any banners that breaks the terms of service or policies.
