Please follow this format when sending in a DQ&A: 1. Specify Server (Vallar or Hollid) 2. Provide User ID and Character Name 3. The Date of the occurrence/issue 4. Detailed description of the issue/occurrence 5. Screenshot of occurrence/issue (if needed for evidence) *Note if this format is not used, you may not receive a response.
