Hello Shot-Online Community, We do apologize for the delay. Basically, it was harder for us to isolate the problem because it did not happen to all of our users, but we've located the problem. The problem originated from a block that forbid ASP downloads from one of CD Networks mirror sites. To put it simply, depending on where a user downloads a file, there is a certain mirror site that the download transfers from. There was one server(or mirror site) that had a restriction from downloading certain parts of our update, thus creating an 'error while auto update'.
