Hello Shot-Online Community, We seem to be having server issues; some are able to connect while others are receiving the error: "You failed to log in due to unknown reasons. If you continuously have the same problem, please contact the GM." This is likely due to a large update on the developers end, but to be safe we are currently contacting our developers regarding the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and Thank you for your patience and understanding in this issue. Keep an eye out for updates regarding this issue. UPDATE: The issue has been resolved, but we noticed that it still takes some time to authenticate; if you are still experiencing lag issues, we suggest that you just be patient, and let the game load properly.
