GameGuard Issues

SO Community,

We've received many DQ&A and emails regarding GameGuard patching issues. The problem is caused by the anti virus programs that are not up to date and causing problems between GameGuard and the anti virus program.

Our technicians has manually rolled back the GameGuard client to the previous version when there were not any problems patching and downloading.

If you are experiencing the GameGuard errors, please try updating again. If you still cannot log into the game, please go to your GameGuard folder, zip up all the .log files, and send it to [email protected] along with your user ID.

Once we receive the log files, we will forward it to GameGuard for debugging.
