SO Community, It seems that some players could not get the 2x EXP/NG benefits from the event that was held today. We will look into this and figure out why some players couldn't get 2x EXP/NG while others could. If you did not get 2x EXP/NG today (Sunday 2009-10-04), please send us a DQ&A with your user id, character name, and the server time when you tried playing. We will work with our developers to see why it did not work for some and make sure everyone will get the benefits next week when we do this event again.
