Auction House Issue

SO Community,

As you may know, we had an issue with the auction house which caused an excessive amount of NG to be distributed in-game. As soon as we found the issue and investigated the problem, we immediately froze the auction house bid timers to prevent players from losing control of their item in the auction house. We also temporary closed down the auction house as well and made an announcement regarding the temporary close of the auction house. While the auction house was down, we worked on resolving this issue so that once the auction house opened, the issue would no longer be occurring and players can gain control of their items once again and do as they wish. Since then, we resolved this matter and the auction house opened up and functions properly as it did normally. We did not want to release information regarding the auction house issue at the discovery because we did not want more players to abuse the problem any further adding to the damage that was done. A roll back was not was not performed as we did recover the NG relating to this concern. Since then, we have removed 12,158,059,452,508 NG from in-game and banned accounts that were related in the abuse of the auction house problem. The issue has since been resolved and the auction house is now functioning properly. We are truly sorry to the community for the late notice and problems this has caused.
