Game Guard Suggestions

We have some suggestions for players receiving Game Guard errors. Below, you will find some suggestions which may be the solution to the problem some of you are experiencing. We are still investigating other issues related to Game Guard and will be udpating the community with more suggesitons on fixes for other Game Guard issues which some of you may be experiencing. We hope to have all the Game Guard issues cleared up as soon as we can.  If you have any questions, please let us know.
 
GameGuard initialization error #114
 
A) Click the shot.exe file with the right mouse button (file is located in the program folder)
B) Click the last menu named [Property]. 
C) In the 3rd tab named [Compatibility],  Remove the check in compatible mode. 

 
Solution  II  : We're going to solve the problem as updating new patches ASAP.  
We're running tests of the new patches in the test server first.  If there's no problem, we'll adapt the GameGuard patches as soon as we can.
 
Crash error against Vaccine program (Anti-Virus, Spyware, Malware, etc)
 
nProtect says that they're testing in the condition of the latest version of various vaccince programs.
there has been no reports about crashes or disconnections yet.
For the suggestion, they recommend that you keep the latest version and basic option in the using vaccine program all the time if possible.  If you are having trouble with vaccine programs, please inform us the problematic version of the vaccine program and the brand as well. 
 
Logitech Software Error 
 
nProtect had basically blocked usage of Logitech program regarding Macro.
But since some users use the Logitech programs, we're going to allow the usage through the new patches. What this means is if you are using  Logitech keyboard or mouse, you may have issues logging into the game due to the block which nProtect has instated. Future patches will allow the uses of the Logitech software which some players are currently using that is causing complications.
 
Failure of Server Authentication

We're going to complement the condition of server authentication as updating new patches
