Emergency Server Maintenance

Update 4:

Maintenance has been extended for another four hours. Estimated time of completion is 5:00AM (05:00:00) server time. We are deeply sorry about the inconvenience. We will still have 2x EXP/NG after the servers are up but the event time will also be extended. We will let everyone know as soon as possible!

 

Update 3:

Maintenance has been extended for another hour. Our developers are looking over the coding and making sure nothing was affected by the attempted hacking.

 

Update 2:

Servers will be up shortly. We are currently testing it and making sure everything is working correctly.

 

If we need to extend the maintenance time, we will announce it as soon as possible. There will be 2 hours of 2x EXP/NG after the server maintenance is completed and no problems are found. We will post the times of the 2x EXP/NG event once servers are back up.

SO Community,

 

IDC (company which hosts our Shot Online servers) has crashed. It is blocking players from logging into the game. Our development is already working on it. The temporary server maintenance should only last about one and a half hours. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
