Client file version missmatch! UPDATE

 Hello Shot Online Community,
 
We have found that certain firewalls(or firewall gateway antivirus) as well as antivirus systems are interferring with the update/patch of our client thus resulting in a client file mismatch error. If you know you are using an antivirus or firewall system, we suggest that you do the following:
 
1. Temporarily turn off all firewalls as well as antivirus systems
2. Uninstall and remove Shot Online from your computer
3. Reinstall Shot Online
4. Complete Patching
5. After you have started the game, it is likely that you will be able to turn the systems back on and run the game without any problems.
 
We are currently contacting some antivirus companies to try and resolve the issue on both ends, but in the meantime please try and follow our suggestion. If you have any more questions or if the above is still not working, please let us know.
 
An example of a problem that we had and found worked after disabling it was using systems with the SonicWall firewall which uses Kaspersky and McAfee antivirus systems. After turning off those systems the game worked properly.
