Issue with Wallet and Bag

Hello Everyone,

We were just made aware of a current bug that happens when players have a Bag or Wallet item equipped and they use a Name Change Ticket item.

After the name change process is complete, the Bag/Wallet and any contents are removed from the character. Please do not use a Name Change item if you are using the Bag or Wallet inventory extension items until further notice to avoid this becoming a problem for you. We are working now to resolve the issue, and will update everyone again once it is fixed. We sincerely apologize for the trouble here, let us know if you have any questions.
