Hello Shot-Online Community, 

We are aware of the 2 issues with the pins and chat box. Our developers are currently working on the fix for the pins while looking into the chat issue.

RESOLVED
When you equip a pin, it might crash you game so we advise you not to equip any pins until this issue has been resolved.

Still being looked into
Some players are limited on how many words they can type in their chat box. Since this issue is not happening to everyone, our developers will need more time to look into it.

We will update this announcement once issues are resolved.
