[Edited] Renaming of certain players

Hello Shot Online Community!

Due to issues in game we are forced to rename users with " sign in their charactrer names. We already disable the " sign from allowed set and within next maintenance we will rename all players who do have " in their names.

[IMPORTANT]
1. Friend List:
- For people who changed name wil be having the friend list as it is.
- For people have friends character name with " will be changed as well.

2. Note Box
- Notes that were sent from the players who had " sign won't be changed.

3. Character name with _fra/_hol
- We have found out characters who didn't change "_fra/_hol" after migration and have more than 20 letters (total 6 users). This will be removed during December maintenance due to letter limit on character name.
** Please note that "Character Name Change Ticket" it won't be sent because those were sent after the migration.

Affected players recieved a character name change ticket. Please use it before December maintennce (14th, Dec) or your character will be renamed to a random username.
