Missing Characters & Update Errors

SO Community,

We are aware of some of you guys cannot see your characters at the character selection screen or getting error messages regarding updates. We are currently looking into it and the only solution at the moment is to uninstall the game, reinstall, run it from ShotOnline.exe (NOT Shot.exe), and let it update without clicking on anything.

By running the game from Shot.exe, update issues may occur and prevent you from playing the game or seeing your characters.

So if you are experiencing these issues, please try reinstalling the game and let us know if it is resolved or not.

We'll keep looking into solutions for these 2 major issues.
