RE: Level 9 Pro Avatar Cards

Hello Everyone,

We are aware of a problem at present with the level 9 Pro Avatars released earlier in VIP boxes. If you try to adapt them to your toon it becomes bugged and invisible. We have contacted our development team and they are working to solve this issue now. It will be best if you can simply delete your Avatar Card from your inventory and send us in a DQ&A then we will send you a new card once they are fixed. If you have already used the avatar send me a DQA and I'll try to get your toon worked out again. We do apologize for the errors that have occurred this week and are having everything sorted as quickly as possible. 

NOTE: The level 9 Pro Avatars have been removed for now from the VIP boxes until they are fixed. To compensate for this trouble the rates on Fitting Perfection Tickets has been increased.
