[UPDATE]New Ventrilo Service for GC Games!

Hello Everyone!

We're thrilled to let you know that we've just setup a brand new Ventrilo server for GamesCampus games!

Every game we publish has it's own section, and we will be allowing clans/guilds/fleets/etc to request their own individual rooms inside of their particular game's section. At the beginning, we will ask everyone to remember that this is very much a work in progress and things will be adjusted or modified as needed and as the Ventrilo communities grow for each individual game.

There is a moderation team in place for each game, as well as a global mod team. These players are here to help answer questions you may have, but also to keep things civil and make sure that problems are resolved in a timely and respectable manner. We wish to make it clear that users who cause issues or undue stress to others with this system will find themselves removed from it and banned from connecting again for an amount of time dependant on the issue or history of issues.

***NOTICE: The users with [CM] in front of their names are global ventrilo admins and can be contacted at any time for issues in any room. Users with [GC] in front of their name are GamesCampus Administrators and can also be contated if online for more serious concerns or suggestions. ***

Ground Rules

1) DO NOT SPAM - spamming others in chat will be grounds for immediate removal from the Ventrilo server

2) Be respectful of others who are chatting, or when chatting yourself. 

3) Keep the shouting to a minimum.

4) Keep the complaining about game issues low in the public spaces. If you need help with game problems please contact a mod for the game you play and speak to them in a private room.

5) Be aware of anyone else who's talking when you wish to talk- converse, try not to talk at people.

6) Release the push to talk button when you're not talking.

7) Please do not use the voice activation settings for chatting. It's best to use a hotkey so noises around you don't break into conversations when you are not trying to take part in them.

8) Keep conversations as clean as possible, we ask all players to remember that younger players may be in rooms with players on the service so unless you are in a private room or conversation try not to curse or become offensive. This does not apply to clan/guild/fleet rooms.
 
Bad Conduct / Drunk and disorderly conduct will have a ban issued. 
 
1st Offense ~ Warning
2nd Offense ~ 3 day ban
3rd Offense ~ Permanent ban at admin discretion
 
 
The bottom line here is courtesy and tolerance. If someone has an issue, just politely bring it to the attention of a moderator and they can help determine what steps need to be taken.

*You must be 18 or older to use this server.*
 
You must play a Gamescampus game and use your in game name.
 
If you would like a Guild Room/Clan Room/Fleet Room/etc, please contact one of the moderators for your game so they can forward the request to the Ventrilo admin team. We would like to see the Guildmaster/Fleet Captain/Clan Leader and the members of the guild/fleet/clan online using the Ventrilo service frequently. It will take atleast 1 week of daily use to get a room assigned. If the room becomes unused it may be removed without notice. 

GamesCampus and the Ventrilo administration team reserve the right to deny any player connection to the service at our own discretion and in accordance with the policies in place now and future policies if and when they are created.
